Pair Cortex Go with your NVR or DVR via QR code to get live view, playback and alerts on your phone — available on iPhone and Android.
- Install the app from the App Store or Play Store.
- Open the app and tap "Add" on the welcome screen.
- Tap "Scan QR Code".
- On the NVR, right-click, log in, then right-click again and select P2P.
- Scan the QR code shown on the NVR with your phone.
- Enter the NVR's login details and give it a name to finish.
Puretech App
The official Puretech companion app for quick remote access — view live cameras, get push alerts and manage devices straight from your phone.
- Download and install Puretech from your app store.
- Open the app and create or sign in to your account.
- Tap the "+" icon on the top right to add a device.
- Select "Scan QR Code" and scan the code from your device menu.
- Enter your system credentials to authorize access.
- Save the device to view live streams and receive push notifications.
